Over five nights at the serene Casa Paço d'Ilhas, surrounded by the beauty of Portugal, you’ll be guided by a team of five holistic health experts, including Jasmin, the retreat leader, who brings over 15 years of experience in psychology, somatic therapy, and shamanic healing.
Through daily group sessions, powerful body treatments, yoga, and shamanic ceremonies, you’ll learn to release stress, heal old wounds, and activate new energy for your life. Here you chose a bed either in the unique and super charming Casa Palheiro, a two-storey renovated rustic barn house. Casa Palheiro is an open plan house with a well equipped kitchen, fridge, and fireplace, bathroom with bath, lounge, balcony and dining area.
The other shared house is Casa Celeiro, the smaller brother of Casa Palheiro. Casa Celeiro is an open plan house with a basic kitchen, fridge, fireplace, bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet, lounge and outside terrace.
